Windsurfing: Newgale Wind Direction: N Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Wind chop Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Max Speed: Distance Covered:
Well the wind kicked in, but not the waves. Cross off and difficult to
judge windstrength standing on the pebbles. No other sailors so rigged 5.7
to give it a try. One run was enough to realise I was way overpowered.
Quick change to 4.7 - much better. Neil turned up which was great as I hate
sailing on my own and we had a good session blasting and gybing. I could'nt
resist picking up a tiny wave and drilled a fin into a pebble for my sins -
quads are a pain in that if I sand the fin down it will not match it's
twin. James came down for a chat - not sailing due to an injury. Rain held
off and even some sun. Campsite was looking a bit busier as I drove away -
hope the weather improves for them over the weekend.
